• Trust Estate Plan – Married | $2,900

These Revocable Living Trust Estate Plan packages include, Consultation, Revocable Living Trust, Certification of Trust, an Assignment of Personal and Digital Property, Assignment of other business interests such as Stock, a Pourover Will, a Springing Durable Power of Attorney for Financial matters, an Advance Health Care Directive (a.k.a. a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care) with integrated HIPPA Release of Information Authorization, Minor’s Medical Release (if applicable), two California real property Trust Grant Deed Transfers to the Trust (includes recording fees), a Successor Trustee Guide, and a detailed summary letter of the Trust Estate Plan.
